Bid & Estimate
We perform a thorough quantity takeoff from civil drawings, develop a unit-cost estimate, flag scope risks, and deliver a transparent open-book bid package ready for EPC review.
Contract & Mobilization
Once awarded, we finalize subcontract terms, confirm equipment and crew assignments, establish site logistics, and coordinate with the EPC project manager on scheduling integration.
Field Execution
Self-perform crews execute to the approved plan — daily production reporting, proactive RFI submission, real-time schedule tracking, and immediate escalation of field conflicts.
Closeout & Turnover
We complete punch list items, verify as-built conditions, provide complete documentation packages, and turn over a clean, fully documented civil scope to the EPC.
